Our parking facility is Downtown’s most secure parking garage, with high-speed garage doors and where access is controlled into the garage by swiping an assigned key fob or an RFID windshield sticker. Instead of searching for an open spot, feeding the meter and fighting the cold, our tenants stay warm, safe, and dry.

Our Fitness Room features the latest in cardiovascular exercise machines as well as free weights and resistance machines.  We also provide a brand-new locker room with enclosed showers and complimentary fresh towels.

Globe Building Tenants have a choice of several conference rooms to accommodate groups as small as two up to thirty people in our 3rd Floor Training Room.

All our conference rooms feature the latest in audio-visual equipment, including cameras and audio for virtual meetings.

Tenants have access to all three of our lounge areas. They appreciate the soft comfortable seating that's perfect to huddle up with a laptop and concentrate to get the job done.

Our lounge areas are also available for tenants to host events. The ground floor lounge area features easy access to the loading docks to make things even easier for the caterer.
