The latest major project improvement at the Globe Building is a tenant amenity space on the building's third floor. With construction underway right now, the new space will be completed in the fall of 2019. The Globe Building tenant amenity space will feature a large, open kitchen area, comfortable lounge with seating for large groups, and several private conference rooms. 

In addition to the renovated parking garage, lobby, restrooms, and common areas, Globe tenants will soon be able to enjoy the big space, big fiber, and big power from a comfortable, open common area to collaborate with their colleagues and neighbors. We're centrally located in downtown St. Louis in the Gigabit Corridor at the corner of Washington Avenue and Tucker Boulevard.
